We are a Five Star Facility
All nursing homes are not created equally. Although many may look similar on the outside and in their commercials and ads, there are many differences inside. Ripley Crossing is excited to announce that they received a Five-Star rating by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service. What does 5 star mean? This rating is based on several areas including Health Inspections over the last 3 years, review of all surveys good and bad and onsite visits. Ripley staff go above and beyond their call of duty but it is nice to know that others notice too. This area looks at the number of care hours provided to each resident each day and the levels of need from each patient.
Finally Quality measures play into the rating. They look at information from eleven different physical and clinical measures including; use of medications, long and short term stays, how well we care for our residents physical and clinical needs and so much more.
If you are in need of a rehab stay or have a loved one that cannot care for themselves at home any longer we have so many options to meet their needs. Senior living apartments, The Seasons, and our rehabilitation wing pared with an excellent therapy department can help with the daily needs while still providing a very independent lifestyle.
If your loved one suffers from dementia we have you covered. Our facility takes a different approach to dementia care providing separate areas for each stage of dementia care with staff that is well trained for each phase. They work with the residents daily and treat them like their own family.
If you were going on vacation you wouldn’t pick a two star hotel to stay in without expecting problems, you choose the higher rating for better quality and service. We at Ripley Crossing hope that when you need a care facility, that you will take the same approach and choose Ripley Crossing. Five stars means we give you our best.
Ripley Crossing is locally owned and operated and staffed with by caring and loving individuals that are here to meet the needs of you or your loved one.
